1. No smoking in the house and cigarette buttss should be in a container while outside dont litter the surrounding
2. No pets allowed please
3. No fire arms or illegal drugs of anykind.
4. Turn off all lights when not in use please.
5. Please do all your laundry in the designated area
6. Wash all your pots and dishes,and kitchen utensils used and put them back where you got them from.
7. All furnitures should not be moved around and should be in the original place
8. Do not take any items that does not belong to you and please do not damage anything in the house if you do you will pay for it.
9. Return all keys at the time of check out, any lost key will cost you $35.00 per set.
10. No loud music please.
11. Cleaning fee is $200.00 per stay I security re-fundable deposit is $250.00
12. No parties in the house
13. No drinking or eating in the bedrooms to avoid roaches and other rodents.
14. Please keep the house clean at all times ,the paid cleaning fees is for 4 hours only ,anything over that is an additional $50.00 per hour.
15. Check in time is 4.00 pm ( flexible ) and check out time is 11.00 am

RULES AND REGULATIONS ARE BINDING ON YOUR CONTRACT AND ARE STRIC ENFORCED

5. Take all used sheets and towels to the laundry room before you check out.
6. All furnitures should not be moved around and should be in the original positions at the time of check out.
7. Do not take any items that does not belong to you,and please do not damage anything in the house ,if you do you will pay for it.
8. Set the alarm when you are away from the guest house.
9. Return all keys and garage door opener at the time of check out.
10. No loud music in the house please.
11. No parking on street overnight.
12. Please keep the guest house as clean as possible,( the $225 cleaning only covers 4 hours of cleaning if it exceeds that then there will be additional charges).
13. Check in time is 4.00 pm (flexible) ,and check out time is 11.00 am late check out is available at $15.00 an hour past the original time. But check with the guest manager first.
14. No eating or drinking in the bedrooms please.
15. Please make sure you clean the BBQ grill after use or it will cost you( charcoal onty}.
16. No parking of RVs,motor coaches,trailers, or tractors in the premises.
17. No parties in the guest house(strictly for lodging).
18. Park only in the designated area.
